I believe God has called me to be a visionary leader to help congregations and departments move away from maintenance mentality, pastoral/director dependency, complacency about the lost and the lack of clear vision, purpose.
In my ministry I aim to challenge and assure every church member that all of their gifts and resources of time and energy are needed, developed and appreciated in order to unify and multiply our efforts.
By seeking God’s leading, I also aim to identify existing and potential leaders and train and mentor them to help them rise to a new level and be visionary in their leadership.
With energised members and visionary leaders, the congregation/department can create a shared vision and plan strategically for the future to draw them forward, that results in efficiency and productivity in transforming lives now and saving them for eternity.
”For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
